The Full Story
Fly Be to The Moon
Fly is an ANKC pedigree originally with a British ISDS Pedigree we imported to Australia. He comes from Welsh parents who came from Agility lines and previous to that working lines. Fly's lineage actually dates back to the 1800s! We have always said he is a dog in a million and apparently he has a special pedigree to support that, bit of a stud muffin! Fly's genetic colours include, tri and black and white.

Adoption
Fly was put up for adoption by his first owner at 5 months old because his owner had fallen off her horse and broken her hip. We were in line for a rescue Border collie that fell through last minute and so we went and saw Fly!
Fly came to us as a skinny terrified little thing and he flourished with the calmness and security of a home into a beautiful, calm, polite gentleman. You can take him anywhere and absolutely adores kids!
At just 1 months of being adopted, Vincent had a stroke to the main artery in his brain which he went on to fully recover from over the duration of a year but during that year Fly became his side-kick helping him to recover, patiently waiting at the end of his bed encouraging him to get some fresh air, no matter how many small steps that would be at first.
Greenwich Park
To this day, we cannot say Greenwich Park (or do you like your teeth) to Fly without him jumping around! Vincent and Fly spent a year recuperating in this english park where we soon discovered Fly was exceptional at Frisbee... crowds used to gather as they would play in the park each day with Fly showing off his skills. He would make a mean under-7s footie goalie as well...

Growing up
Over the course of that year, Fly evolved and became the cool, calm, polite and gentle man about the house we have today!
From his early days in London he has always been gentle, we had a house rabbit called Nala he treated like a friend - it was a little unrequited on Nala's part but Fly followed her around trying to please her nonetheless!
With the puppies he has been nothing short of a gentleman, super gentle and caring and mum has not minded him coming and sitting down next to the pen and taking a look!
Ben Nevis
At the end of Vincent's recovery, Fly and Vincent climbed Ben Nevis together, with Fly summiting about 2-3 times as he ran up and down the mountain between Vincent and the top.

Perth
Fly travelled to Perth via Dubai and stayed in quarantine for 10 days. He was scared but loved the surprise at the end of it, the Perth beaches! He also then got himself a sassy little Australian girlfriend....
